1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Flux Energy's wind energy royalty settlement platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flux Energy provides a SaaS platform for automating wind energy royalty settlements, contract management, and payment distribution. The Service is intended for use by wind project developers, landowners, and related parties.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. You must provide valid payment information. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled according to our billing policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Flux Energy retains all rights to the Service, including software, design, and documentation. You retain rights to your data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flux Energy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
